Otomo TEQ63 (Akira Colorway) is a special edition release from Quiccs x Martian Toys, with the colorway designed by guest artist Vincent Aseo. The piece takes inspiration from the anime Akira, referencing the character Kaneda through its color treatment on the 6-inch TEQ63 sculpt. Vincent Aseo also produced a matching art print alongside the toy, hand-signed and numbered, released exclusively at the Martian Toys booth.
The 6-inch vinyl figure debuted at DesignerCon 2019, alongside CHK DSK’s Neo Carbine from Devil Toys, as part of the wider Bulletpunk designer toy lineup. Any remaining stock from the convention run became available afterward through martiantoys.com.
